Our Plan: Creating Safer Roads for Everyone

BeaconSafe’s plan is organized into four key phases, each designed to bring our roadside safety beacons from concept to reality:
Phase 1: Build our community and website to gather support.
Phase 2 : Launch a crowdfunding campaign to fund the prototype.
Phase 3: Test and refine the beacon technology for safety.
Phase 4: Large scale deployment and expanded integration with monitoring and sensor systems.

In Phase 1, we will focus on laying the groundwork by developing our website and building a strong community.

These efforts will help raise awareness and support for BeaconSafe’s mission.

Additionally, we’ll prepare Kickstarter materials to ensure a successful crowdfunding launch and attract early backers.

Phase 2 will focus on our Kickstarter campaign to raise the funds needed to develop the BeaconSafe prototype.

Our marketing strategy will focus on maximizing community engagement and outreach to meet our funding goals.

Transparency is key—we’ll keep backers updated every step of the way, building trust and excitement as we work towards safer roads.

Phase 3 focuses on the design, building and testing of the first BeaconSafe prototype, featuring 10,000-lumen LEDs, Wi-Fi activation, and remote monitoring.

Once developed, we’ll conduct real-world testing to gather data and refine the design.

This process will ensure the beacons are effective in improving roadside safety and ready for wider deployment.

Phase 4: Expanding and Innovating

After successful prototype testing, we’ll focus on expanding the deployment of BeaconSafe beacons across more locations.

Future upgrades could include automatic crash detection, AI-driven monitoring, solar power integration, and aligning with smart city initiatives.

Our long-term goal is to achieve nationwide deployment, making roads safer for everyone.
